Obsrv is led by Nandini, a product designer who has spent 5 years designing AI and enterprise products with consulting teams. The common link through that work has been complex technology that had to be usable by people who were not technical and had no time to learn it.
Building a product has become easy in the AI era, however making it intuitive is what will make it stand out, and that is where Obsrv Design comes in.

Uniqus Consultech
Designed two AI platforms end to end — technical-memo generation and internal-controls testing — from research and product direction through to build, cutting the time those tasks take by 70–80%. Led UX and built the design system for an ESG reporting platform.
Ernst & Young
Design lead on EY UK's Microsoft alliance. Designed a Viva Connections accelerator on Teams end to end (40+ customer journeys), and the M365 Copilot accelerator — measured at a 30–40% productivity uplift — with a delivery toolkit used across the UK, India and US.
